When and where are you opening?

We're currently targeting an August 2026 opening.
NOVA RESET will be conveniently located on Grand Island Boulevard—right in the space many Grand Islanders lovingly remember as the former Tai Pei restaurant.

What do you offer?

NOVA RESET brings together a variety of wellness and recovery experiences, including infrared saunas, cold exposure, red light therapy, compression, vibroacoustics, and community wellness events, in one welcoming and immersive space designed to help you slow down, recharge, and leave feeling better.
Whether you're looking for an occasional reset or a consistent wellness routine, we'll offer memberships, session packages, and single visits to fit your needs and goals.
What are your anticipated hours?

Our anticipated launch hours will be:
Monday + Tuesday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Wednesday + Thursday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday + Sunday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
We're intentionally offering a mix of early morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend hours to accommodate a variety of schedules. As we learn what works best for our members and community, hours may evolve over time. Special events, workshops, and private bookings may also be offered outside of regular operating hours.
How does a RESET work?

Each RESET is a 45–60 minute wellness session designed to help you step away from the demands of everyday life and focus on your wellbeing.
Depending on your goals, you may choose to enjoy one or more wellness experiences during your visit. Whether you're looking to relax, recover, recharge, or simply take a break from a busy day, our goal is simple: help you leave feeling better than when you arrived.
